Homeopathy Help Network (HHN) is a nonprofit online homeopathy clinic that connects clients with professional homeopaths and supervised student homeopaths.
We offer acute care for recent concerns, chronic and complex care for longer-standing health patterns, and specialized Comfort Care for those navigating serious illness, palliative care, hospice, or the end of life.
HHN offers four main types of care:
How do I know if I need acute or chronic homeopathy care?
Acute care is for recent symptoms that came on fairly quickly, such as a cold, cough, fever, stomach bug, sore throat, ear pain, or minor injury.
Chronic care is for concerns that have been present for a longer time, keep returning, or are part of a larger ongoing health pattern.
If you’re not sure which type of care fits your situation, contact HHN and we can help point you in the right direction. Email [email protected] for assistance.
What if I’m not sure which type of care I need?
That’s okay. Contact HHN and tell us a little about what’s going on. We can help you determine whether Acute, Chronic, Complex, or Comfort Care is the best place to start. [email protected].
All consultations are held via Zoom and you should receive a Zoom link prior to your appointment. Please ensure that you have the Zoom application downloaded on your computer or phone ahead of time.
HHN works with people seeking support for both recent concerns and longer-standing health patterns. Acute care may be appropriate for things like colds, coughs, fevers, stomach bugs, sore throats, ear pain, minor injuries, or support around surgery. Chronic care is for concerns that are recurring, persistent, or part of a broader health history.
Homeopathy is individualized, so your practitioner looks at how you are experiencing your symptoms, rather than choosing care based on the name of a condition. HHN does not provide medical diagnosis or replace appropriate medical care.
HHN offers several levels of care, so you may work with a supervised student practitioner, graduate, credentialed homeopath, or Advanced Practitioner. The right fit depends on your needs, preferences, and budget.
Working with a supervised student gives you the same high standard of individualized homeopathic care at a reduced fee. Students work closely with experienced clinical supervisors, so they are never managing your case alone.
For Acute Care, the fee is $50 and includes follow-up support until the acute symptoms resolve, unless the concern is determined to be chronic and you are referred for ongoing care.
For Chronic Care, the initial consultation is $150 and follow-ups are $40, making supervised student care our most affordable option for ongoing homeopathic care.
For Chronic Care, you can choose from several practitioner levels based on your needs, preferences, and budget:
If you are unsure which level is right for you, HHN can help guide you. If your case appears to need a different level of care than the one you selected, the team will contact you before moving forward.
Yes. HHN provides homeopathic care for both children and adults. For minors, a parent or legal guardian should participate in the consultation and provide the relevant health history and consent.
Yes. HHN provides virtual homeopathic consultations to clients in the United States and internationally. Because consultations are held online, you can meet with your practitioner from wherever you live.
HHN offers lower-cost options to make professional homeopathic care more accessible.
For chronic care, supervised student consultations are $150 for the initial visit and $40 for follow-ups, with the same high standard of care and oversight from an experienced clinical supervisor.
For clients experiencing financial hardship, HHN also offers Care Grants that may help cover the cost of acute or chronic care.
HHN does not bill insurance. Some HSA or FSA cards may process through our payment system, but that does not necessarily mean the consultation is an eligible expense under your plan. Please check with your HSA/FSA administrator or benefits provider before booking. IRS rules for eligible medical expenses depend on the nature and purpose of the expense.

Acute care is for recent concerns that came on fairly quickly, such as colds, coughs, fever, flu-like symptoms, stomach bugs, ear pain, sore throat, minor injuries, or support around recent or upcoming surgery.
If a concern has been recurring, ongoing, or part of a longer health pattern, chronic care may be more appropriate.
Acute appointments are available online Monday through Friday, with same-day appointments often available depending on the schedule.
Acute consultations are approximately 20 minutes and cost $50.
Your $50 fee includes the initial consultation plus follow-up support for the same acute concern until your symptoms resolve.
Your practitioner stays involved as symptoms change and helps determine when to wait, repeat a remedy, or reassess the case. If the concern is determined to be chronic rather than acute, you will be referred to the appropriate level of ongoing care.
After your consultation, your practitioner reviews the information gathered and email your remedy recommendation.
Most acute clients work with supervised student practitioners. The student reviews the case and recommendation with an experienced clinical supervisor before sending you instructions.
If you do not already have the recommended remedy, your practitioner will also provide information about where to purchase it.
Homeopathic remedies are purchased separately from your consultation. If you do not already have the recommended remedy, your practitioner can provide information about where to purchase it.
Tell your practitioner about all medications you are currently taking, including antibiotics.
HHN practitioners do not advise you to stop or change prescription medications.
Your practitioner will take your current medications and medical care into account when making recommendations.

Chronic care is for concerns that are recurring, long-standing, or part of a broader health pattern. Unlike acute care, which focuses on something that has come on recently, chronic care involves more detailed case-taking and ongoing follow-up over time.
Initial chronic consultations are at least 90 minutes, although the length may vary depending on your practitioner level and case.
Before your appointment, you’ll receive health history and consent forms to complete. Providing a thorough health history helps your practitioner prepare for your consultation.
HHN offers several levels of chronic care so you can choose based on your needs, preferences, and budget:
Your practitioner will review your case and provide instructions for your homeopathic remedy, including how to take it and when to follow up.
Chronic care is an ongoing process, so your practitioner will continue to assess changes over time and determine the next step based on your response.
Follow-up appointments are typically scheduled about every 4–6 weeks, although the timing may vary depending on your individual case.
If review of your case suggests that you would be better supported by a more experienced practitioner, the HHN team will contact you to explain the recommendation and discuss your options before moving forward.
Complex Care is HHN’s highest level of chronic care for people with complicated, long-standing health patterns that require a higher level of clinical experience. This may include complex autoimmune histories, multiple chronic diagnoses, extensive medical histories, or cases that have been difficult to manage.
Complex Care is provided by an experienced, credentialed homeopath who has completed HHN’s additional peer-review process.
Complex Care may be a good fit if your primary need is support for a complex chronic health pattern rather than palliative or end-of-life care.
If you have a life-limiting diagnosis, are receiving cancer treatment, need support around the effects of medical treatments or medications, are in palliative or hospice care, or are approaching the end of life, Comfort Care is the more appropriate place to start.
Yes. You may choose Complex Care simply because you prefer to work with one of HHN’s most experienced practitioners.
HHN Comfort Care provides specialized homeopathic support for people navigating serious or life-limiting illness, intensive medical treatment, palliative care, hospice, and the end of life. It is designed to work alongside the person’s existing medical care.
Comfort Care may be appropriate for someone who:
If your primary concern is a complex but ongoing chronic condition, such as an autoimmune disorder, Complex Care is generally the better starting point.
No. Comfort Care can begin much earlier. HHN’s model is designed to support people from a life-limiting diagnosis through palliative or hospice care and, when needed, the final transition.
Yes. Comfort Care is specifically designed to complement existing medical, palliative, hospice, and integrative care.
Yes. Many HHN clients use homeopathy alongside conventional medical care. Please tell your homeopath about any medications, supplements, diagnoses, and other care you are receiving so they have a complete picture of your case.
HHN practitioners do not advise you to stop or change prescription medications. Those decisions should be made with the healthcare professional who prescribed them.
No. Homeopathic care does not replace appropriate medical diagnosis, monitoring, treatment, or emergency care. We encourage clients to maintain appropriate relationships with their medical providers while working with HHN.
HHN is not an emergency medical service. If you are experiencing symptoms that may require emergency attention, call 911 or seek appropriate emergency medical care rather than waiting for a homeopathy consultation.
