HHN was born out of necessity during the early days of the pandemic in March 2020. Healthcare systems were overwhelmed, and many people had no access to care—emergency rooms were turning patients away unless they were critical. This urgent need for accessible acute care led to the creation of Homeopathy Help Network (HHN), a volunteer-run homeopathy helpline that provides immediate support to those in need.
✓ Community Mobilization: The AHE community—students and practitioners—asked, “How can we help?”
✓ Telehealth Expansion: A structured homeopathy network formed to connect clients with skilled practitioners.
✓ HOHM Foundation Support: Leveraging existing infrastructure, HHN expanded its services rapidly.
✓ Volunteer Network: A structured system for case management and supervision was built.
In just a few weeks, HHN was handling hundreds of cases, with homeopaths working around the clock to manage client care. One pivotal moment came when a critically ill client was turned away from emergency services, making it clear that HHN was often the only medical support available for some individuals. This situation deepened the team’s resolve to create a sustainable system for acute care.
"HHN was often the only medical support available for some individuals—this is why we knew we had to keep going."

While HHN was initially focused on pandemic cases, the platform quickly evolved into a broader tele-health service. Today, HHN continues to provide care for all types of acute and chronic conditions, supporting homeopathy students, practitioners, and clients alike. Through its referral network, appropriate chronic cases are assigned to students in supervision who are completing their clinical training requirements.
Empowering Student Practitioners Through Supervision
HHN’s unparalleled success is made possible by dedicated volunteers, faculty, supervisors, and students, proving that even in the face of crisis, homeopathy thrives when a community comes together.
